The Venus Factor Workouts

The great thing about the Venus Factor exercise and diet program is you can choose to incorporate the program’s diet plan and still lose excess fat without having to do any exercise. In my case, I needed to tone up my muscles in addition to losing the extra fat, so I followed both sections of the program at the same time. The exercise regimen made my muscles stronger and allowed me to lose fat quicker.

The diet plan is based on ensuring you meet all of your calorie, fat, protein and carbohydrate requirements and still lose the extra fat.

The training provides me with all the energy I need to get through the day while boosting my self-confidence. I was able to see results within approximately one week, which encouraged me to stick with the program. The workouts lasts for 12 weeks with strength training activities three times per week. The downloadable manual is a handy guide that you can print and take anywhere. The manual contains hyperlinks to individual exercise videos. Depending on how often you take breaks and how long you rest, each session lasts from 20-60 minutes.

The flexible exercise routines allowed me to split each session into two when I first started the program. I was doing half of the routine during the morning hours and the other half during the evening. I was so happy with the results, that I soon was doing all the exercises early in the day. It was challenging at the beginning, but I enjoyed what I was doing. This is probably because I was losing weight and seeing results after performing these simple exercises. I did not have to purchase any special equipment to follow the exercise routine because all I needed was my trusty dumbbells. I made sure I followed all the directions and kept up with the diet program.

    I am thinking about getting the Venus Factor. My question is about the diet program. I am a vegan…will this program be ok for me? I am looking to get into better shape.


    • Hey Judy, The Venus Factor is the most flexible diet I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t matter if you are vegan or paleo, you can do it. What really matters is your calorie and protein intake. You may have to start taking some vegan protein powder to get to your suggested daily protein intake without going over you calorie limit (the The Virtual Nutritionist will calculate these for you).
